Godiva at the Emergency Services Show 2017, NEC Birmingham, UK, Stand J35
Godiva are delighted to display the latest version of the Prima SmartCAFS – the Prima rear or midship mounted pump with integrated compressed air foam system (CAFS) – now available with UltraView control module. The UltraView is a state of art electronic display and control software for the compressed air foam discharge of the pump. The display features user-friendly icons for quick and easy understanding of the system status, plain text warnings and on-screen calibration tutorials. Diagnostics and system schematics are also incorporated. The CAFS discharge can be discretely adjusted between extremely wet 1:3 to extremely dry 1:20, and up to ten pre-set configurations are available. The SmartCAFS option is available for all pumps in the Prima range – 2010, 3010. 4010, 6010, single or twin pressure output.
The KP pump is specifically designed for the smaller, more compact appliance where compartment space is at a premium. The KP is configured as an EN1028 single pressure pump at 1500 l/min at 10 bar, and an industry leading multi-pressure pump at 1500 l/min at 10 bar for normal pressure and 250 l/min at 40 bar for high pressure, with a high pressure flow of up to 400 l/min at 10 bar. So compact is the KP pump that the single pressure version, KP1, is on average 40% smaller in cubic volume than the competition, and the multi-pressure version, KP2, is on average 30% smaller in cubic volume than comparable multi-pressure pumps. A space saving that allows the vehicle to carry more equipment or reduce the overall payload of the vehicle. In terms of weight the KP is also significantly lighter – the KP1 is on average 30% lighter and the KP2 29% lighter than the competition.
Also on display, the Powerflow 12/10 portable pump. This pump delivers unrivalled performance in an unprecedented compact size. The 12/10 is a single stage centrifugal pump directly mounted to a compact and highly efficient Textron 2 cylinder, 4 stoke engine. The 12/10 offers a continuous performance of at least 1200 litres per minute at 10 bar of pressure from a 3 metre lift, and a maximum flow of 2150 litres per minute at 3 bar. It delivers a powerful performance from one of the most compact footprints in its category. On average 30% smaller in cubic volume than comparable products, the 12/10 is small enough to stow easily in a side locker, freeing up space to store other equipment and reducing the overall pay-load of the vehicle.
Powerflow 8/5 – a compact, lightweight portable, capable of 800 l/min at 5 bar for fire fighting and 1400 l/min at 3 bar for dewatering and water relay operations. Available as a single or twin discharge both models feature light alloy pump body and volute and a wrap around stainless steel frame.
